Christmas Cards
Most years I write a piece of doggerel for my Christmas card. I have been doing this for over twenty years now, and people have tended to encourage me rather than ask me to stop. Therefore the madness is not mine, it's theirs. There was no card in 1998 (due to my eldest son being born) or in 2006 (due to a family-only card). The 1995 card was in prose and 1994's was a sonnet far too rude to put here. The 1993 card featured a picture of a fish answering a telephone.
